The Mac-Ink Story
Mac-Ink was all started by us, a couple of car show junkies. One afternoon while attending a small local cruise, Melissa noticed a sign for a show car and said to me, "Tony, you could do these... only better". And that kicked things off for us. We offered up our own brand of Show Car Displays. From there, my own 79 Monte Carlo and a general love for G-Bodys started us up on designing and creating a new line of Muscle Car T-Shirts. After that, more products and services were offered up and here we stand today.About the Artist
Growing up, our family had a new car every other week it seemed. And by new, I mean an old beater. Always the salesman, my Dad bought and sold old cars to make ends meet. The character of these cars had always stuck with me. At an early age I discovered CARtoons comics with the great George Trosley's work inside. I have to say, he was the biggest influence that started me on drawing cars. Others to blame are Hotwheels, BigWheels, Stompers, the Dukes of Hazzard, Smokey and the Bandit, Ed Roth and Von Dutch to name a few. Amazingly, I finished college with a degree in Graphic Design. After graduation, I worked doing commercial graphic design for 10 years before venturing out and opening the doors here. I owe alot of thanks to my wife and family for their inspiration, hard work, dedication, patience and belief in me.About the Employees
Melissa takes care of the books, stocks the inventory and develops ideas for marketing. Vinnie is now almost 2 years and continues to inspire us everyday. Daniella is 4 months old and keeps Vinnie jealous and us very busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.Our Philosphy
